Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your mattress must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. We recommend retaining the packaging materials until you are sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Return Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This period allows you sufficient time to evaluate the comfort and quality of your mattress.

Our team will assist you with the return process and provide a return shipping label. Please securely package the mattress and attach the provided shipping label.
